stay_strong_93 : @iwantskinnymenow babe you can do this in a healthy way! Eat lots of veg lean meats and some carbs. When you starve your body holds onto fat and makes it harder to loose weight!! Im overweight myself and atm I feel out of control. Do you have fb? There is a forum/group I think you should join 😊 I know it's hard but you can reach your goal to be skinny and still be healthy!! 💕 Stay strong hun x
iwantskinnymenow : Yeah I got FB, what's the group called? I have tried so hard and I mean really hard, i am no where near my heaviest weight and I've had this before... once really bad, the other times just mild blips but I over come it and went totally to opposite way, from bingeing and purging to bingeing and piling on the pounds. Now it's triggered again its like everything I eat makes me feel sick no matter how little! I just had some fruit n I feel sick, I know it's not normal And I'm not pro ana/bulimic but I m just sick of looking the way I look. @stay_strong_93

Ok there a few groups I belong to, here are some: motivated babes, ECTDS, 10kgs till Christmas, clean eating diet information free, clean eaters, also try join Ash Bines Clean Eating Diet Plan (your meant to pay for it but sometimes they let people on for free) also search ashy Bines and like her fb page maybe, you can see the results of girls that are achieving their goals that are similar to yours and mine but they're doing it a clean and healthy way! @iwantskinnymenow I believe you can do this!! Take one meal at a time and remember some progress is still progress! Stay strong beautiful ❤
