nerdyfitchick : @smerk87 with the goal weight I'm trying to achieve on competition date, my base calories is about 1100. I add 200 to 400 calories to it depending on how hard I'm working out that day. for example, If I'm working a large muscle group like back, chest or legs, I eat about 1550. If I work smaller muscles like arms or shoulders I eat about 1350. On rest days I try not to exceed 1200. I hope this is helpful :))
nerdyfitchick : @painfreekitchen I use myfitnesspal as well! That's where I obtain a lot of the caloric info of my food. I try to keep it balanced to make sure i eat every 3 hours and at the same time achieving my calorie goal at the end of the day. I find I don't get hungry late at night this way :)
