1⃣put 90 oats with water on stove 2⃣take 1 scoop protein powder, I use #optimumnutrition choc. 3⃣1tspn cacao powder 4⃣1tsp coconut flakes 5⃣1 packet of stevia 6⃣when oats almost done, add 2 eggwhites 7⃣and half tsp coconut oil 8⃣add dry ingredients to oats and mix well 9⃣cut banana and place on top, sprinkle with cinamon and raisins, DONE! ▶ i like to hold on the stove a little longer, to get thicker consistency, put this to fridge overnight, in the morning is thick enough to take it out with you, and eat after cardio on fresh air ☀🚲😉

Baked Chocolate Banana Oatmeal! I make it night before and ate at the morning.. I change recipe a little to fit in my macro.. Recipe for my IG friends: 1⃣ 95g oats 2⃣ one mashed banana (my was large 115g) 3⃣ two egg whites 4⃣ 2 tsp. greek yogurt 5⃣ 1/2 cup almond milk or skim milk 6⃣ 20g raisins 7⃣ 1tsp cacao powder. ➡ mix all in a bowl, and put into preheated oven (350f). Bake for around 30min, thats it.. Original recipe was: 1/2 cup oats, 1 banana, 2tbsp. Greek yogurt, 1egg white, 1/4 cup stevia, cinamon, 1/2 cup milk.. (356 calories, 60,4g carbs, 14,8g protein, 7,8g fat) my version has a little more carbs, and to add protein i just make a chocolate coffe, it tastes even better together! Hope you guys try it and say what you think! 🍰
