***Addi's POV*** Mark grabbed his keys and we ran down the hallway, my skirt flowing back as my heels jangled against each other in my hands.
Eyes starred at us when we ran through the lobby like kids with no parental guidance and hopped up on sugar. "That was fun," Mark laughed when we got to my side of the car and opened the door for me.
Mark got out again and opened the car door that he was renting for the week. "Thank you," I smiled politely
He entwined our fingers and walked us in the dim lit room.
The host seated us and took our drink orders. "You look beautiful as always." He whispered through a smile.
"Thank you, but you don't need to keep complimenting me,"
"But I like too," gah he is just too adorable.
Our drinks came and soon enough our food. Does everything taste better in Bali or what? Because this meal was delicious. "Do you want to go down to the board walk?" Mark suggested. I agreed and we drove down to the beach.
Luckily I left a pair of flip flops in the car because there was no way I was walking on wooden boards with heels. "Much better," Mark said referring to my normal height because I was about 6' taller than him.
We walked past many closed stores and a lot of strange, drunk people. We walked all the way down and watched the once chrystal clear blue water wash against the sand but now it's black with the moon dancing off every wave. Mark pulled me in close as I took in his cologne sent, and placed my head on his shoulder. It felt like a perfect day. Mark began humming, making me want to fall asleep his voice rich of feeling.
He placed a kiss on my temple and picked me up throwing me over his shoulder. "What are you doing?!?" I laughed
"Shh why are you screaming?" He teased MORE BELOW

He took us back to the car a grabbed a black back pack. He walked us back to the beach by a palm tree and far enough away so the water won't wash up on us. "This is on my bucket-list." He finally answered,
He sprawled out a blanket and handed my a change of clothes, consisting of a tank top and running shorts. "Do you seriously think I'm going to change?" "No one's looking," "What are we even doing!" I said frustrated "We're gonna lay under the stars," I could tell he was smiling
I didn't want to anger him so I just went along with it.
Mark turned around so I could change and he changed as well.
Mark laid down putting his hands behind his salty hair. I grabbed an extra towel and laid down next to Mark and laid the towel on top of me.
We sat there in silence, just enjoying each others company, no need for communication.
I cuddled closer and Mark turned his music on. The music collided with the crashing waves and the light breeze flowing through the palm trees. His music consisted of David Bowie and the Beach Boys. "No don't fall asleep yet," he said looking over slightly rubbing my arm. "Why?"
Ignoring my question he slipped out and slid off his shirt and shorts leaving him in boxers. He jogged down to the water and waded waist deep in the water. "What the hell are you doing?!" I screamed running down to the water. "Hurry!" He ran out pulling me into the water,
"I'm soaking!"
"Shhh," "Three, two, one," he kissed, placing his hand on my cheek rubbing in small circular motions with his thumb. I went along still clueless as we stood in the warm water, scared to death a shark was gonna attack me. He hoisted me up around his waist as I kissed his neck up to his nose. He fisted with the hem of my shirt as I clung to his neck. "no," I softly whispered as he tried pulling it up knowing I was at a loss of bra. He let go a moved his hand to my neck. He let me down as I traced his wet, prickly jaw bone with my trembling fingers. MORE BELOW

I nodded and Mark brought me back to the shore. "One sec," he sprinted back retrieving the extra towels. "Thank you," I dried off, just my lower body was wet so my top was still comfortable and dry. We walked back up and laid down,
"Goodnight," I hushed
"Good morning you mean," he teased showing me the time 12:03.

***Addi's POV***
"Did ya sleep well?" "Yes, I slept fine,"
"That's good, so did you eat anything?"
"Just tea and an apple,"
"Oh well I'm gonna grab some cereal, do you want any?" He said getting up. "Nah, go ahead," I continued sipping my refreshing tea as Mark devoured his good ol' lucky charms.
We got up in silence and walked in the elevator. I don't know if it's just me, but I've been feeling really awkward around Mark. Like I don't fit in, I'm so behind on everything, and it's kind of eating me from the inside out. I don't know what to say around him, and I hate every bit of it. "When's the last time you surfed?" Mark finally said breaking the silence.
"Uh I haven't in a couple of months, I'm gonna be a little rusty," I laughed fakely but Mark went along with it.
We got to the room and got ready.
"We're probably gonna be there till noonish"
I checked the time, 7:27. "Oh, ok," I packed a bag and we knocked on all the rooms.
Everyone rounded up except for the girls, they were going to sleep in then go to a museum later. Lets just say I'm the 'sporty' one of the group. "Lets go!" Ponsi shouted a little too loudy at 8 in the morning.
We all got out in the water enjoying every second. Cubbie even got a quad and rode all around the beach. MORE BELOW
elephant_angel_of_darkness : As more and more people came to the beach, we divided. Some going to lunch and some going to the hotel to change.
I jumped in the warm shower and changed and Mark did as well.
We all met up and chose to take a tour of the city.
The whole group, all 10 of us got onto bikes and followed a tour guide. He showed us all of the historical sites and features of Bali. Spectacular place, it took your breath away if you really appreciate it.
But I really just wanted to hang with Mark, I still want to spend time with everyone though.
When the tour was over we all went back to the hotel. We went our own ways to our rooms. "So did you enjoy the tour?" Mark asked
"Yeah but I-" I choked. "What?"
"I r-really just want to hang with you,"
"I've been waiting for you to say that the hole day,"
"Really?" I said relieved
"Really," he smiled taking me by the waist, teasing me with kisses on my temples. I couldn't help giggle like a little girl. "So what do you want to do?" He whispered through my hair. "It's up to you," "Dinner?" I nodded "Can it be fancy?" "Sure," I laughed
"Great," he let go grabbing his phone and dialing the restaurant to make reservations.
