Allah tests us in many ways - and gives us trials to see how we will respond. After having to deal with many difficult patients, this amazing lady comes in to give me what she hand-made herself for me, to thank me for my help. I was honestly nearly in tears, and couldn't help but hug her. I am only sharing this to remind myself and everyone to always have patience, and that we should help and show kindness to all, no matter what, and expect nothing in return. The acceptance and reward from Allah is the most important thing, but for humans to show appreciation is a kind quality not many possess, yet it is so important, as "he who does not thank the people, does not thank Allah." (Ahmad, Tirmidhi).
