bevironphoenix : @paleoonthego raw? Hmm maybe my dog would like one.
paleoonthego : @bevironphoenix raw or cooked if they came from a hard boiled egg.
littlemissirish : Every time I make kale chips they taste horrible.. I'm sure yours are delish.. Any tips?
thepantsdance611 : Why egg whites and not the whole thing?
paleoonthego : @littlemissirish I wash my kale leaves and tear into shreds and put in a big bowl. Then I drizzle some olive oil and put in some crushed garlic cloves and the juice of a lemon and massage so it coats all the leaves. Then I put on a baking sheet at 250 for 10 min and you can flip them and put back in the oven If they need it. Enjoy!
paleoonthego : @thepantsdance611 this is my second meal of the day. For my first meal i had 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg scramble with veggies. I will usually take down about 2 dozen eggs a week. Egg yolks are high in cholesterol and can increase your blood cholesterol levels. The RDA for cholesterol for a healthy person is 300mg, one egg yolk contains 186mg of cholesterol. Because I also eat meat throughout the day that also contains small amounts of cholesterol I do not want to over consume cholesterol so I stick to you about 1 whole yolk a day for my cholesterol consumption along with my other meats. And im not trying to make Egg yolks look bad bc in fact they are incredibly nutritious and filled with tons of vitamins and minerals as well as a complete protein source(along with the white) but bc of the high cholesterol levels I choose to eat them while being aware of their contents. If you're not one who eats eggs often then it's fine to sit down at 1 meal a week and consume 4 whole eggs, ain't nothing wrong with that but like I said I eat a ton of eggs a week and cannot be eating everyone in whole other wise my cholesterol would be through the roof. Hope that makes sense.
thepantsdance611 : It makes sense except for if you over eat cholesterol or anything else for that matter your body passes what it can't use. You wouldn't hurt yourself by leaving in the yolks I eat at least 3 whole eggs a day
thepantsdance611 : Also your body produces about 70% of the cholesterol it uses which is way more than you can consume. Either way what works for you is what you should stick to.

lampluslam : How do you make it and what do you use it for??
paleoonthego : @brazilianprincess13 @lampluslam it's quite a few steps but I found a good website here that you can follow http://undergroundwellness.com/how-to-make-beef-bone-broth/ the women who writes for the website is a super knowledgable Dr. She also has a page on the more detail about the benefits of bone broth. I used lamb bones and joints but grassfed organic beef or bison knee or hip would be ideal. The joints are what contain the most glycosaminoglycans. Some people will just drink the stuff straight, usually a cup a day till they run out. You can use it as your base to soups, or instead of water in your rice cooker if you eat rice, or even to sautee your veggies in or just drink it straight. You can also freeze it because it makes such a huge batch and thaw it whenever you need it, just make sure to date it.
brazilianprincess13 : Thank u so much for the info... I will definitely check it out 🙏 @paleoonthego
ericmarton : @kevin_curridor ^ read

paleoonthego : @ericmarton ya! Lol this is my first attempt at lamb bone broth and its kinda gross😝 I chugged it as fast as I could. Maybe beef bone broth will taste better? Not sure.
paleoonthego : @ericmarton not exactly, I didn't have all the spices and herbs they called for so I used my own spices(Rosemary, garlic, cilantro, curry powder, mrs dash, lemon juice, red wine vinegar) but all the steps I followed 😕. Will def be trying a round two but hopefully with beef knee instead.

iloveyoutimessix : How did you make the fries?
eatclean365 : @iloveyoutimessix cut a sweet potato into strips, toss in avocado oil, salt, pepper and cinnamon (just eyeball until coated.. Maybe 1-2 Tbsp of the oil and a tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper and 1 Tbsp of cinnamon)... And put in the oven for 20 mins @ 425 degrees. Move the fries around so they don't burn after 20 mins, them put back in for another 4-10 mins. I like mine crisp and a little burnt, so maybe less time depending on how you like your fries!
