iamtheprincesss : Mine looked just like yours do. My top (maxillary) tooth was almost in my sinus cavity.. & both were impacted. My face was huge! & now, i can't open my mouth anymore than my pinky finger width...

iamtheprincesss : Oh got chya. @queen_zoe7 Im gonna be honest, I've seen tons of people go through this, & finally got mine out Monday, it won't be bad during the procedure, but afterwards, its gonna be pretty close to hell. Hopefully, you have a great surgeon. They didn't give me any anesthesia. My doctor just gave me local anesthetic, which is just numbing..
iamtheprincesss : Its been almost a week & im still swollen & in crazy pain. Its hard to take the meds cause i can barley eat.. My muscles in my check, are having spasms called Trismus. Which is 'Lock Jaw'. I can't open my mouth more than the width of my pinky.. So it hurts like crazy when i eat. Make sure you rotate your medicine, & don't take your antianflamitory & antibiotic with your pain pills. It'll make you sick.
iamtheprincesss : & make sure you eat with your pain pills too. Most likely they will give you vicodin or hydrocodone.
