1sweetmarie1 : ok so... virgin coconut oil offers more taste, purity, and antioxidant content.. but refines/non virgin oil provides the same medium-chain fats(reduces cardiovascular risk and improves fat burning) .. but for a lower cost bc they use a lower-grade dried copra, which can lead to unsanitary condition .. The better choice is to go with virgin few more $ but better in the long run ... @candance_ann

nikol_bette : @naureenjahangir The cucumber purée is just cucumber that I run through the food processor, and then I stick it in the freezer for a few minutes to get nice and cold. Then I put it in my face and lie down with a cool wash cloth over my face.
