gnc_fitnessfreak : Dude nice. To be honest I would switch proteins to super sport or wheybolic because it contains hydrolyzed whey which releases as soon as it hits your tongue and helps you recover. As far as a creatine supplement hcl I'd always a good choice. Take it in the morning after lift or hard cardio days and then pre and post work out. Assaults the shit haha and cla is an awesome choice. Back to protein, optimimum isn't a bad choice just doesn't contain hydrolyzed so I would honestly only use that as a meal replacement really @agonzales62
