I don't take any supplements, I do get relaxers,... you will need to do homework and experiment with different products to see what your hair like and don't like. From shampoo, conditioners, OILS, protein treatments, etc. I recommend joining a hair forum such as #keepitsimplesista or #hairlista @aye_yo_breezy @southrnuyorker also a YouTube guru who is on a hair journey and helps out a lot with great info is @ulovemegz ... I wish I could help u ladies more but I can't @aye_yo_breezy @southrnuyorker

lili814 : @laydilex I use shwa moisture. Moisture and shine spray, then I put curls lemongrass oil and then a butter. It makea a worlad of difference. As a leave in comdiioner which I tend to combine with my moisture and shine spray is Karen's Body Beautiful sweet ambrosia lea

hairbymnm : It depends on the thickness and length of your hair, start with a dime size, if it's not enough go up to a nickel size then add more as your hair grows...I moisturize first then seal with it. Sometimes I mix it with my for conditioner when I DC. Other times I mix it with other oils for a hot oil treatment @sexymumzie
