felicianavidad : it's supposed to be a treatment/conditioner but it also magically cleans my hair. so when i have it i pretty much just use it and periodically shampoo if it starts to get too heavy or have too much build up.

alexiscymone : Hello😀 and don't be scared its not bad I'm not sure if your familiar with longhaircareforum but there is a ton of before and after pictures there if you google Megatek:LHCF but it's safe people has been using it forever only complain was shedding so I take garlic odorless pills every now and than . @avrilleigh

alexiscymone : That's because mineral oil actually blocks oil so that may be why but with alma oil I usually just dc with it I don't use it daily but I haven't bought that in awhile @avrilleigh
