andthencameyou : @leslie_s_thg I read the books first an I actually didn't like it. Elena was hard to like and I felt that she didn't deserve either of them. She became a vampire in the book too but then dies so if they're following the plot..I think the show is MUCH better than the book.

ladysolera : I read the books too, all of them. First i didn't like it, but the last books were great! But it's way different from the tvseries, i don't think you can compare them. In fact there's just one thing the same: damon is waaaaaaaay sexier than stefan ^^

andthencameyou : I didn't read the books after Damon "died" in Midnight. I don't know I just didn't like the characters in the book that much which is usually the opposite. Yea I'm happy it's different though :) I'm so glad they castes Ian because I can't picture a better Damon!!
