An award show was where you first met her. For some reason the boys were sat right next to Taylor Swift and you were sitting between her and Harry, making it very awkward for all three of you.
The camera focused on your trio of awkwardness quite a lot and then you just knew that they must be commenting on the way that all of you were sitting so stiffly and avoiding making eye contact with the two different parties in the situation.
When Taylor won her award, she glided up onstage, all smiles and Miss Perfect Princess. Then she made her comment. βThis is the best night ever! Wow, thank you so much for this award. The only thing that could make this night better would be if they would just change my seat.β And then she awkwardly laughed and the crowd tittered along with her and before she walked away from the microphone, her eyes touched yours and her lips lifted into a smirk that you hoped the cameras caught.
You leaned over and whispered in Harryβs ear βItβs alright if I strangle her when she comes back to her seat, right?β He chuckled and squeezed your hand. βI would tell you to go for it, but I donβt think Iβd be able to stand you being in prison for so long.β You still had to restrain yourself from lashing out at her when she returned a few moments later.
