bambisniper : Ya I was doing more reading afterwards and the closer to lands the better. I was basing them off the factory loads of COL of 2.230 because they seemed to shoot well out of my tikka 3. I'm using 20.0gr of IMR 4198 powder. I'll try a shallower seating depth next time. You seem to know what you're doing...your groupings are insane! Haha @caliturkeyhunter

caliturkeyhunter : I have never tried that powder, I have used a few others but none could compare with the varget group size. Find a powder then start with the min load make 5 rounds with that then move up a half a grain make 5 more etc... All the way to max load. Then with a clean barrel shoot the first 5, clean the gun (copper and fouling) Use a different target and repeat. Once you know which charge shoots best out of your gun you can fine tune the powder charge to get the best group. Seat depth also plays a part but powder tuning will help more. @bambisniper
