Today's story comes all the way from Washington state and features 59 year-old Geraldine who had a heart attack and was struggling to stay alive, while this was happening the husband 61 year-old Charles Lorme called 911 to report the incident, and while he was still on the phone he began to perform CPR on his poor old wife. The 911 attendant said, that he could hear the old man struggling for a bit after he put the phone down to perform CPR on his wife, but then all of a sudden it went silent.
8 minutes later authorities arrived to the scene and found the man slumped over his wife's body, apparently the exertion was too much him to handle and he had a heart attack of his own. Paramedics continued CPR attempts for about 40 minutes without success.
Told you it was a sad one, don't say I didn't warn you.

Today's story comes from Atlanta and features 30-year old LaShawna Threatt. On her 30th birthday along with a bunch of her friends they celebrated at a restaurant. It was going so great, that they decided to take the party to her apartment building. While on the 10th floor, about 10 minutes after arriving, her and one of her best friends, fell out the window.
Her boyfriend, was standing near her when this happened, and he explains that she was just happy and she becomes a goofball. She likes to play fight and tickle people, so while this was happening they leaned to far in one direction, hit the window, it shattered and they plummeted down. He said he quickly ran downstairs and found the friend laying on the floor, but LaShawna wasn't there. They later found her above a slanted sunroof. The friend survived with critical injuries, but LaShawna didn't make it.
According to all accounts, she's was a very happy and affectionate person, and was always playing around and tickling people. Maybe someone should have told her to stop it.

Today's story comes from Quebec Canada, and features a 25 year-old girl who was driving along highway 148 in the Pontiac area. According to police, another car traveling eastbound near Luskville, Que. hit a 300-pound black bear at about 10:30pm Monday night, sending the animal flying into the opposite lane.
That's when the girl coming from the opposite direction also hit the bear, sending the animal thru the windshield and out the back window. Considering it was a 300-pound bear and the speed of the vehicle, it's a deadly impact.
The two occupants of the first car escaped with a few injuries, however, the girl driving the second car was instantly killed, and so was the passenger in the back seat. The girls boyfriend in the passenger seat survived the collision with minor injuries. The Bear didn't survive.

Today's story comes from Ohio and features Sam Mazolla's, who was known as a wild animal owner. Apparently he had almost a full zoo going on in his property. 4 Bears, Tigers, Wolves, Coyotes, Raccoons, Skunks and a Red Fox, plus others. Turns out he was found dead probably the way nobody ever wants to be found dead; face down on a water bed. (really? people still have water beds?) He was found dead with a sex toy i his mouth, choked to dead, with leather mask that had the eyes and mouth zipped shut. Handcuffed to the bed.
According to the story, the same 17 year-old who tied him up and left him there the night before, is the same one who called the police. Good times. Some people are noticing similarities with Mazolla and Michael Jackson, they both loved animals, and maybe used their amusement park to lure young kids. Investigation is still under way, but this story is full of mysteries.

Today's story comes all the way from Vancouver, BC and features an unknown 61 year-old pedestrian, who was hit and killed by a vehicle. Apparently he was walking the streets in downtown eastside around midnight, minding his own business when all of a sudden one of those Yellow Taxi Cabs, struck and killed him.
It get's more interested as the investigation revealed, it was a fake Taxi Cab, used for the Discovery Channel TV Show titled CASH CAB. In the show, unsuspecting people, get in the cab, only to discover they're instant contestants on Discovery Channel's innovative game show! They win money as they answer questions correctly on their way to their destination but can be let off at a curb if they get the wrong answers.
No charges have been filed yet, but the incident remains under investigation. Moral of the story? If you're 61 years-old, don't walk the streets of downtown, maybe you should take a cab.

I really do mean it, this is the saddest story I've ever posted on here. So if you're not up for reading the saddest story you've ever heard, then please, don't read it. You've been warned.
For days, Mumpy would listen quietly as the elders discussed how only an eye surgery could save her father's vision and a kidney transplant would save her brother's life. Both surgeries were beyond the family's meager means. So, Mumpy hit up a plan, which to her 12-year-old mind seemed the answer to all troubles. She would kill herself, which would save the dowry, too, and her organs would give her loved ones back their lives.
Mumpy did stick to her plan, but the suicide note in which she had scribbled down her wishes was found the day after she was already crematedβ¦. Told youβ¦ but you wanted to keep on reading, so now there you go, the saddest story.

Today's story comes all the way from South Africa and features an 80-year old man, who was dead, but is now alive. So good for him.
According to the story, the man was pronounced dead after he had an asthma attack. He arrived at the morgue and they inspected his pulse, looked for a heartbeat but there was nothing. So they proceeded to store the body in a comfy refrigerated compartment. A full day later, the morgue workers started to hear screams.
The morgue owner Ayanda Maqolo said, his employees were scared and thought it was a ghost, so no one wanted to go in the refrigerator room, and he admitted he was also scared, so he called the police. When the cops arrived, they all walked in together, with their weapons drawn, just in case. They discovered the old pale man, and he said. "How did I get here?" They notified the family immediately who were gathered to plan the funeral, and they were all very happy to have the old man back. They postponed the funeral for a later date.

I heard this story on The #KevinandBean Podcast. You can subscribe on iTunes. Some people titled this story, "PARTY AT MY HOUSE AGAIN!" Today's story comes from Florida and features 17 year-old Tyler Hadley's parents. Apparently he wanted to have a big party at his house, so he went on Facebook and invited about 60 people over to his house. However, It looks like his parents were just hanging around the house and they were going to ruin everything. He took care of that minor problem by taking a hammer to their heads.
This all happened on Saturday, he sent the invitation around 1:30pm and then he proceeded to take care of the parents situation, he had to drag their bodies into their bedroom and cover them with sheets, and then put out some dip because his guest were going to start arriving.
Police received an anonymous call early Sunday morning and they quickly rushed over to the house to inspect and sure enough, they found the bodies, still there, with the hammer in between them. So what's the lesson in all this? Make sure you ALWAYS get rid of the evidence, oh no wait, that's not it, don't kill your parents.

Today's story comes from North Dakota and features 41 year-old Jesse Williams Burley. It was on Independence Day and Jesse was one of those guys really likes to get the most out of his (allegedly illegal) fireworks.
The story was told by a neighbor who claims he talked to him 10 seconds before the incident. Jesse headed over to the middle of the street to light the fireworks, all they saw was a cloud of smoke and heard a loud bang. They saw Jesse fall on the ground, and when they got closer to see what happened, there his body was, but no head attached.
Yeah, he was decapitated, just like that. His two small children where not at home at the time, so that's a good thing, however, it will be a tough thing for them to deal with growing up, with a yearly reminder during the Independence Day fireworks celebrations.

Today's story comes from Ohio and features 62 year-old Sheila Decoster, who's tragic story began with a normal day, just like any other. She went outside of the house to dispose of her recycle-ables, when she slipped and fell head first into her city-issued recycling container.
According to Diane Barnett, the Local County's Deputy Coroner, she said, she's never seen a case like this one before, but because of the position in which she landed into the container, she was unable to breath and she suffocated.
Robert Decoster, her husband arrived from work at 5pm like he usually does and didn't notice her legs sticking out of the container, when he couldn't find her inside the house, he scanned the property again, and realized what had happened. He ran over to her and shook her leg and called out her name, but he quickly realized that she was gone.
It's a really sad story, with a strong lesson. Don't mix your humans with your recycle-ables.

Today's story comes from Michigan and features the talented Todd Green. He likes to show off a little, at the air show, where he does this trick; he walks above the wings of the a small plane and climbs up to a nearby floating helicopter.
I feel bad for most of the people featured on this segment, but I'm having a hard time feeling bad for this guy. The last time he performed the trick, 75,000 people had to watch as he plummeted down 200 feet to his death. That is not a good time at the Air Show for the kiddies. They probably had to stop the show, so they can clean his messy splatter. What a jerk. The lesson for today, if you gotta go, don't ruin everyone else's day. I mean, at least leave us a good story to tell, this one isn't even that interesting.

I think it's time to whip everyone into a needless frenzy! In today's story we're not gonna focus so much on the actual people who died to make this segment possible, but rather the killer of it's victims. No one suspects it and then all of a sudden, when the time is right, it attacks and kills everyone in it's path. You know him, I know him, everyone knows him, it's our best friend and we need him to survive. Today's killer isβ¦. are you ready for thisβ¦. it's WATER! (insert dramatic/shocking music now)
Three people, that's right, 3 people we're reported dead last summer because of a rare infection caused by a brain-eating amoeba, according to reports from CNN. A 16-year-old girl in Florida, a 9-year-old boy in Virginia and a 20-year-old man in Louisiana, were infected and died within two weeks of coming in contact with the infected water. Two of them were swimming and the other was using tap water.
The single-celled killer is known as Naegleria fowleri or N. word forleri for short, and it's commonly found in warm shallow waters, especially in the Southern U.S. It enters thru the nose and attacks the brain, and is usually fatal.
According to the CDC the infected water is widely spread, however, it's really only dangerous if it enters thru the nose, I guess that would explain why there's only a few fatal cases each year. There have been 32 cases documented in the last 10 years, while there has been 36,000 drowning deaths in that same time period. So I guess maybe the brain-eating amoeba is not as dangerous as I thought at first, but still, water can kill you if you drown in it. Are you panicking yet?

Today's story comes from Wisconsin and features 67 year-old Michael Egan. His neighbors noticed that his mail was getting backed up, and no one was picking it up from the mailbox, so they reported it. When Police came out to check it out, sure enough, they found him dead in the house.
However, they found something even more interesting than just that. They also found the body of his dead mother in the house. After investigations, they realized that she had been dead for several years, and was never reported, she was last seen alive back in 2005.
After more investigations, they found that the motive for not reporting her, must have been the monthly social security checks, in order to keep receiving the extra thousand bucks from the government, this guy was willing to share a place with his dead mother. No matter how bad you think you've got it with your roommates, at least they are still alive.

Today's Story comes from Kansas City and features a woman, who someone mistaken for dead. According to newser.com here's how the story goes. The woman started feeling dizzy while walking down the street, then she passed out.
Melvin Jackson passed by and noticed her laying there, he wasn't gonna waste the opportunity so went over to her, and attempted to have sex with her. Other people passing thru called the police, and when they arrived they found him running down the street still with his pants down.
What was his excuse to the cops? here's the direct quote "I THOUGHT SHE WAS DEAD!" he said. That's right, he's defense was, that he thought he was going to rape a dead corpse. wtf! People continue to amaze and surprise me. So what's the lesson for the day? Don't go pretending your dead, that just might be someone's preference.

Today's story features Shawn, who past away while he had a sudden asthma attack, but the interesting part of his story comes after, and involves his lovely wife Casie. After his death, Casie had his body cremated and she got into the habit of carrying him everywhere, like some people do. When I say everywhere I really do mean everywhere, she wanted to always have him with her. She developed other habits as well, like she would take his ashes to the store and buy all the things he liked, and then take him home and cook for him. She would not eat his food, because it was for him, and also she would sit with him on the couch and watch the things he used to like to watch.
One day she accidentally spilled some of his ashes on her hand. According to the Huffington Post this is what she thought: "I didn't want to wipe them off because that's my husband, and I don't want to wipe him away. So I just LICKED IT OFF MY FINGER" (insert shocking music here)
Since that day, she developed another habit, one that she was unable to stop, and now estimates that she has eaten at least a pound of her husbands ashes, with about five more remaining. She describes the flavor of them as 'rotten eggs, sand and sandpaper' but she has developed a taste for the death dust, and continues.
No matter what you've got going on in your life right now, you can feel a whole lot better about it after reading this story. Enjoy your day.

Today's story comes from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, and features 83 year-old Charles G. McCauley. According to a report on the Pittsburgh Live Story, Mr McCauley was watching the Steelers game on his TV, when all of a sudden he fell ill.
At that same time his 54 year-old son Charles Jr. was at the Stadium also watching the Steelers' game from the stands. A little while later, the son received a phone call with the horrible news that his father had died after suffering a heart attack.
He rushed out of the stadium, along with his wife Lori, and they drove over to Mr McCauley's house, however, on the drive over, Charles Jr started to feel chest pains. An ambulance took him to Allegheny General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead of a heart attack, just one hour and seven minutes after his father.
Can you imagine being in that family, It's gotta be tough to go thru the loss of one family member, but now image two, within an hour of each other. That has got to be the worst day for that family, now with that in mind, hope you have a good day.

Today's story comes from Brooklyn NY and features 21 year-old Karam Rampersaud. He was on his motorcycle on his way to class, early in the morning at 8:46AM when a 70 year-old woman on a Ford Taurus collided with his Kawasaki Ninja bike.
The good news, he didn't die, I mean sure he was pinned down under the car when authorities arrived, but he was still alive and well. According to witnesses, the cops and firefighters lifted the car to try and free the young man, they lifted it about 4 feet in the air, but the the car slipped from their grip, and dropped right back down on Karam to finish him off. They rushed him to the hospital, however, he didn't make it.
The 70 year-old woman who was driving the Taurus was issued a summons for failure to yield. What a sad way to go, one minute, he must have trilled, that he was about to scape a tragic accident, as they were about to rescue him, and the next, the rescue attempt did more damage than the actual accident. What's the lesson here? Don't have accidents. Have a great day.

Today's story comes from Nashville, Tennessee and features 58 year-old Joseph Tucsnak. The incident happened around the time of his daughter's wedding. According to police, Mr. Tucsnak was upset over the seating arrangement at the wedding ceremony and argued with Pastor Chris Warren and officers had to be called to the church twice.
A few days later, the father returned to the church to confront Warren again. While they argued, Mr Tucsnak went to his vehicle and came back with his hand in his pocket and lunged toward the pastor, according to Henry County's District Attorney Hensel McCadams. Pastor Chris Warren pushed Mr.Tucsnak, and he fell and hit his head on the pavement. He was taken to the hospital because of the blow to the head, and died the next day.
He must have REALLY not wanted to sit next to his wife.
