My craving for eggs may be wearing thin as I present to you my last egg recipe for awhile...for this semi-homemade version I used Pillsbury brand crescent roll (leaving the two wedges in tact to form a rectangle), spicy Italian sausage, feta cheese, onions, tomatoes, spring mix, salt, pepper and paprika. I folded the edges of the dough, topped it with the sausage, onions, tomatoes and feta cheese then placed it in the oven at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. Next, I took it out to place dents on all four sides of the semi-baked dough, added the egg on top and the spring mix. I placed it back in the oven for another 4 minutes. That's it! Hopefully I'll have a variety of other dishes for you soon!
