bella_does_dressage : @cfsjourney every day seems to bring some new adjustment. I'm a pretty lazy person by nature, so the physical limitations aren't as frustrating anymore, but my new challenge has been dealing with "chemo brain". I've never had issues with my intelligence or memory before and this has been a HUGE slap in the face. My doctors say I'm overreacting, but they don't see how much it affects me every day. :(
niecyspics : I've had CFS 14 years and my daughter has had it for 4years. It's still a rollercoaster ride, not knowing what the new day brings. But I have grown thru it and learned pacing is the key. Glad we have others who understand:)

keencat4 : @bella_does_dressage the memory and cognitive issues are a daily struggle for me! Only my husband seems to get how bad it has become. Everyone else seems to think it's normal or aging... I'm only 36, this is not aging! Stay strong!!
bella_does_dressage : @keencat4 thank you! I'm 29 and have always had much higher than average intelligence and an excellent memory. People seem to think I'm being egotistical or exaggerating when I say that, but it's true. And I'm sure they just think I'm using "chemo brain" as some sort of excuse to cover up for general stupidity and it really upsets me. My supervisor and a few close friends can see the difference and are understanding. I am really alarmed by it. My job is basically a combination of creative writing and data entry that requires very close attention to detail and I was awesome at it. Now, not so much. I can't come up with the right words and am making stupid mistakes. I did stop taking my anti-depressants because they were interacting with another rx and causing serotonin toxicity so I'm hopeful that might help slightly.
