I am going through a flare up now that is keeping me down but once I hit the gym, I will feel...ehhh slightly better....

kada07 : I got well with Forever Living Aloe Vera juice and low carb diet...it's like having my life back...i can do weight training again. .and even ride my bike for miles and miles. .well..anyone who ever felt the pain you have when you suffer from fibromyalgia , knows what a miracle it is to one day wake up pain free♡♡......

kada07 : Yes..it's really worth a try..it's not the hardcore low carb diet..just not eating bread unless it's low carb..and go easy on pasta and rice and potatoes. .stay clear of sugar. .look up foreverliving.com that's the purest aloe vera products:-):-)

This fucking sucks like I can't describe, all fucking day burning, stabbing, pulsing burning, I WANT OUT. Please don't think anything about that, I promised I would share my pain for awareness Well there you go, everyone with Fibro feels like I do(won't admit it tho) It's only till it stops! Today I got the Worest feeling in the world on top of it, my poor kids experienced the a horrid day. I have bad #fibrofog today, it's hard to explain but I'll try:They both were yelling, now it feels like some is KICKING MY HEAD IN, can't see, can't stand straight almost dizzy like, IT HURTS, trying to stop them, but kids being kids kept on, I had to pull over, it was to dangerous, I screamed at the top of lungs "PLEASE STOP!! JUST PLEASE FUCKING STOP" I am crying at this point(Fuck you I will admit it) I take a couple mins to collect myself enough to drive to Artic Cat to get the wife. I still am feeling so fucking guilty for yelling at them, which is making things worse SEE ITS A FUCKING CIRCLE. #fibromyalgiaawarenessday
