I read a few endo posts on IG that are über negative every single day. And most of them come from the same people, constantly and consistently, it's quite disturbing.
Yes, obviously endometriosis is a horrible condition, but focusing on that, and only that, will do not one sufferer any good. This photo for example, two years exactly apart and minus one ovary later... I won't be showing off that tattoo anymore, and low rise two pieces are a thing of the past. BUT instead of being an emo bear about it, I am learning to accept my "War Hero Scar". I brought back all of my high waisted looks and love them to death. Yes I'm in constant discomfort and pain, but the other option is having a complete hysterectomy. Which would mean id nevet able to try all of my options on myself first, before completely giving up on being able to make my own babies. The potential gain makes it easier to deal with. Yes, there are like hundreds of symptoms associated with endo and I seem to have 99.5% of them. But, the forced bedrest has given me the opportunity to be more focused on my business and my future. Point being, if you need someone to talk to, reach out to an endo sister ( look up the hash tag there are tons of us ) as 1 in 10 women have Endo, and find comfort in someone who knows what you are going through. Everyone has bad days, but no one benefits from being sucked into another's depression when that person has no desire to find the way out.

latypeofgirl : My bf might be the problem so I'm hoping of he isn't he will understand if we decide to get married one day. He said adoption could be an option but I'm willing to do ivf if I have to. My doctor said he doesn't know y I can't conceive with endo since my tubs r open. I'm hoping to loose weight I'm 5'0 133lb but I want to get to 110 and see if that help Cus I know belly fat can affect even people without endo. Sadly this hurts me more than my bf. he's religious and say god will let us have a kid when were ready but I know with endo and hair having a lap there a small Time frame.

bstarfashion : @kaylahsorensen I'm going on ten years, 8 undetected. 1 major surgery where my left ovary was removed. I spent so much time doing my own research on this condition, that it basically got to the point where I had to tell my doctors "hey, check me for this ". Having an invisible illness with no one around who understands is almost as hard as the illness itself. Know you are not alone you have tons of endosisters! 1 in every 10 women have endo, we're shrugs family of awesome fighters with broken girl parts ;)

bstarfashion : @laridadi18 hi. The only way you can actually get diagnosed with endo is surgically. They typically make three tiny incisions on your stomach and go in with a little camera and look around. I unfortunately I had another condition where I grew a mass on an ovary and had to have it removed which is when and go I was diagnosed

mrsealjaz : @gemma_louise1988 as of right now, I'm currently just started a clinical trial in Houston. For endometriosis and they will be helping me also w my cervical issues as well. I just started it Thursday, and they already ran my bloodwork, did an EKG and exam followed by all my history. Next time I go, I'll getting another Pap, ultrasound and start the meds for hopefully the cure... They paid me for it all, and hasn't costed me a dime:)) I've waited a long time for this... So don't worry hope is on the way for you:) I'm sorry your currently undergoing the same issues:/

justinafunk : @lauriemarieox that's what I thought too and that's what is suggested but apparently studies show women on it for 10yrs! I just learned I have a distant cousin who was on it for 7yrs to stop puberty.

lvashley : Much love to you, in november I was dx from them finding a 5inch endometrioma I had been to gyno religiously, and not once in 11 years did anyone healthcare professional even suspect it, I'm an RN and I didn't even know, I was so angry at myself and everyone else for not finding it, truly is an invisible illness, I have stage 4 with 5 scars and have been prego once so I do believe there is hope... One thing I have found that ha helped tremendously with my symptoms is changing my diet, cutting wheat/ gluten of any kind makes a huge difference, as well as soy and dairy (but Dairys hard for me cause I love cheese) but the wheat removal has helped me alot, maybe it could help you
