I don't have one lol, I don't go out, Im either in class at the gym or at home studying or meal prepping lol. Rest days? What are rest days??? Lol, well Sundays are my "rest days" just cardio, no weight training.
nerdswagoo : I agree about something being given up, and I guess it's your social life. But you don't have a rest day? Why not everyone who does fitness knows there should be at least one day for recovery, otherwise plateaus may occur. But any who I don't want to be judge mental just hopping for the best. Don't want you to burn out

carissadenise : Try a little more pre-workout fuel. Stretch out a lot after you hit the gym. OD on water. Tea with caffeine or black coffee. Idk, just suggestions, my go-tos.. Not sure how they work for everyone else.
