sirchris79 : @brycepeterson77 We have two theories. One that these are mountings ore fixtures for grains as it used to be coal process facility for coke ovens. Second that these were fixtures for power generators ore electric motors used in coke production process.

sirchris79 : @dubhoop Check my last picture Same place Ruins of Coke Plant and Steelworks in Chorzow in Poland. Silesia Region had havy industry all around. Steelworks, coal mines, chemical plants, coke plants you name it. Most are gone now. Some ruins are still accessible. Some are restored. You can even go down 320 meters into coal mine if you like such things.

sirchris79 : This are ruins of Kosciuszko Steelworks in Chorzow in Poland. Silesia Region to be precisely. You can find more photos of this place via Google. Type Huta Kościuszko. Unfortunately demolition started in June 2012 so there is very little left. My photos are from 2006/2007. I'll put few more later on. I used to love this place.
