jowhitton
keturahd : Yum your making me hungry @jowhitton
4sadds : @jowhitton I just checked out the recipe and was wondering what dark gluten & dairy free chocolate you use? And a really dumb question and please excuse my stupidity but how do you blanch almonds? Sorry I'm new to all this 😁
neenjackson : So funny - my phone refreshed as I was opening Instagram and I saw the full pudding quickly change to this shot 😄
ninam1611 : @4sadds you can blanch almonds by putting them in hot water for a while which makes it easy for you to just squish the skin off them with your fingers 😉
fertilemertile : Yum! How did you restrain yourself to stop and take a pic! I would have inhaled that pudding 😂😜
jowhitton : @fertilemertile I was getting very full by this stage - it's rich!! 😄
jowhitton : @neenjackson Ha ha, that's so cool!!!! 😎
jowhitton : @4sadds I used Valrhona 65% cocoa chocolate - dairy free & sugar free (sweetened with maltitol). Another good one is Rapunzel Rapadura sweetened dark chocolate - no milk in that - can buy online from Santos. Also if not highly allergic to milk, Green & Black's or Lindt 70% cocoa chocolate has no milk but may have traces of milk solids. Contains sugar but not so much as milk chocolate.
