alnakhi : @lateefam Loool! Recovery week, what's that? I was shocked the first day as I thought it would be just stretching but a 'good' shock as your core gets stronger day by day. I'm loving the results so far, my fitness test results have been improving all the time. I need to do measurements too. Been lazy about that 🙈 Ill keep you updated. Can't wait to see your feedback in Month 2!! Good luck and keep motivating everyone.
lateefam : @alnakhi I said the same thing ! But worth it though its good. But I find adding weight training to this is helping me get stronger. I don't want to lose muscle with too much cardio so I'm trying to balance out. I think il alternate after I'm done with INSANITY with a day of weights and a day of cardio that usually works really well.
