Anywhere (Chapter 10): "We're here!" Paul yells from other room. I looked out the the window at our hotel. It looked almost exactly like the others we'd stayed at. "Everyone grab at least one suitcase, please!" Paul walked in, carrying four duffel bags. I stood, grabbing my leopard print suitcase that only carried shirts and dresses, and began to walk out the door of the bus. "Noah...hold on, please." I paused and turned at Paul's command. "Okay..." Everyone else walked off the bus, carrying a suitcase or two up the steps to the lobby. "Noah..." Paul started, stepping closer to me. "Is something wrong?" I asked. Had I done something wrong? Was he mad at me? "No, no, it's not a big deal...I just...I noticed the mark on your neck." I blushed. The purple hickey was near the front of my neck and I had nearly forgotten about it. "Oh...yeah, um...Liam got a little...I don't know. I'm sorry. I'll cover it up." I grabbed my sweatshirt from the couch and started to put it on. "No, actually. It will probably help with the media. Some magazines are saying you two aren't a real couple. This might sway them a bit more. But...I did want to warn you. There are some people out there who could call that...um, for lack of a better word, trashy." He rubbed his forehead, creased in sincerity. "I don't want those things to bother you, okay?" I nodded and smiled. I already knew I could get hate from practically anything I did but I was glad Paul was worried. Throwing the sweatshirt back onto the couch, I quickly hugged Paul and dashed out the door. I promised the first thing I did when we got to the hotel was have girl-time with Astrid. "Nono!" Oh I hated that nickname... "Ha! Nono? She calls you Nono?" Harry snorted. "Yes...on occasion," I groaned back. He chuckled and went to his room to unpack. We'd be staying for four nights in Atlanta, Georgia. "Nono!" Astrid grunted from her room. "Get your ass in here!" "Ugh..." I shuffled myself into her room where she stood in a tiny, black bikini. "Come on. We're going swimming," she grinned, grabbing a hot pink towel from one of her bags.
fangirlingforhazza : "Ugh..." I griped dramatically. "Oh you like swimming...come on!" she pulled me into a hug, squeezing until I gave in. "Okay, okay. Let me go change." She hopped up and down and went to sit on the couch to wait.
Harry intentionally came out just in time to catch Astrid in her swim suit. I went to my room and pulled my army green, gold-beaded bikini out. It definitely wasn't as skimpy as Astrid's but it was just as sexy. It covered and tucked in just the right spots giving my butt a lift and showing off my thin waist. "Kay, let's go!" I said, skipping out of the room. Liam winked after I leaned over to kiss him on the cheek. "We'll be up later." Astrid grabbed my hand and yanked me out the door and down ten floors to the outdoor pool. Hot air clung to my body when we stepped out the doors. There was an eight-person hot tub in the far left corner, a huge sauna in the left, and a giant oval pool that went down to six feet at one end. There were a few preteen girls laying out, trying to get a tan in the afternoon sun, one mom with her two kids swimming, and two guys who looked around our age in the hot tub. Astrid and I laid our towels and retro sunglasses on a lawn chair and cannon-balled into the chilling pool. "So what's your whole deal with Harry?" I asked, hanging myself from the sides by my ankles, floating on top of the water. "I don't really know...I mean, he's so attractive and..." she giggled, "a really good kisser." She paused, swishing her arms around her. "But...?" I pushed. "I think I like...Niall?" she questioned, asking herself more than me. "He said you were going on a date with him tomorrow night," I half smiled, pulling the information out of her. "He told you? Do you guys talk a lot? What did he say?" Her eyes shot wide open. "You really do like him!" I gasped, unhooking myself from the wall. "Shut up, bitch! Now what did he say!?"
fangirlingforhazza : The woman with her children huffed and walked out of the pool room. Astrid never really had a filter when she spoke. "He really likes you." Astrid smiled, showing off her perfectly white and straight teeth. "Okay...well, I'm not taken yet right?" she laughed, "Which one's cuter?" she asked, gesturing to the two boys dipping their toes into the other side of the pool. The shorter blonde with a skull tattoo on his left shoulder pushed the very tan one into the water, snorting as he laughed. The blonde was very muscular and looked sort of like a professional boxer. His smile was uneven and his eyes were a little two small for his beefy face. The tan one shot up out of the water, gasping for air. He flipped his black hair and began laughing a hilariously squeeky laugh. He looked like a younger Enrique Iglesias without scruff and his skin tone was a bit darker. "I pick...younger Enrique." "Hah!" she snorted, covering her mouth. "That's hilarious...and I completely agree...Blondie's just a bit too...square?" she questioned, dipping her head sideways. "Mmhm," I agreed. We could tell the boys had noticed us. They did flips and dives into the deep end while we sat on the steps and suntanned. "Hey, ladies." I had closed my eyes and hadn't realized they started to wade over to us. The blonde sat by me and "Enrique" sat by Astrid, hand excessively close to her thigh. "What's your names?" said "Enrique" in a thick Spanish accent. "I'm Astrid and she's Noah. Yours?" she asked, cool and collected. My heart was pounding. I didn't want to be talking to them. I hated talking to new people, let alone guys who seemed way too cocky for their own good. "I'm Jesus and he's Ron." The blonde, Ron, nodded at me. "So what're you guys here for?" he asked me, scooting his buff body closer than I liked. "Umm..." I started before Astrid butted in. "We're here with a band. "Oh, are you in it?" Ron seemed to have some sort of Irish accent but it wasn't the same as Niall's...maybe Scottish? "No...my boyfriend is." I stated, trying to get him to distance himself.
fangirlingforhazza : He didn't. "Oh, he give you that, did he?" he smirked, rubbing a rough finger into my neck. "That's a tough hickey...you like it rough?" he asked. I ignored him. "Umm...I'm just tagging along with my best friend." Astrid told Jesus and wrapped her pale arm around my shoulders, making Ron remove his fingers. The three girls tanning had decided to leave; their eye-candy was preoccupied. I watched them stare us down as they closed the glass doors. "So...are you single?" asked Jesus, shifting his body even closer. "Barely," she flirted. I scoffed and tried to keep from making eye contact with Ron. "Come on, baby..." he cooed into my ear. His hot breath smelled like cigarettes. He started to grab my arm. "Astrid, I think we should go back up-" "You're not going anywhere." Ron gripped my wrist, pulling me down to the step. I glanced over quickly at Astrid who was being held down by Jesus's lips but she wasn't enjoying it. Her legs thrashed under him but she couldn't move. I started to panic and screamed before Ron's hand covered my mouth. "I can make you feel way better than your band geek boyfriend." My eyes clenched shut as his other hand started snaking up my stomach, grazing the bottom of my swim top.
fangirlingforhazza : I tried screaming again but nothing passed through his thick hand. Water rushed up around my head and I realized I had been dropped. I heard yelling above me and I tried lifting my head out of the pool. Something was holding me down until I heard a bellowy yell come from who I assumed was Ron. "Get the hell off of her!" I gasped for air as I surfaced, feeling the heat from the sinking sun beat down on my face. Astrid was cradling my head, staring down at me with her giant brown eyes. "You okay?" she whispered, squeezing me into her chest. "Yeah...what's..." I started. Then I heard low screams and grunts. I turned my head. Niall and Harry were on Jesus, holding him down by the shoulders and spatting at his terrified face. Liam and Zayn were bashing Ron in the stomach, his face contorted in pain. "Louis went to get Paul and call the cops," Astrid stated when I began searching for him. "It's okay. We're okay, Nono." I felt okay. Hearing Astrid's voice calmed me down. Now all I wanted was for Liam to stop punching.
